- Experience on SaaS applications – Oracle
CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing
Cloud (Eloqua). Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like
Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX
Cloud can be deciding factor for selection or this role.
- Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle
Engagement Cloud.
- Should have worked extensively in
Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions to standard
objects.
- Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST.
- Working
knowledge in VBCS, ICS components is a must
- Knowledge
of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be
an added advantage
- Strong Programming skills, as well
as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
- Understanding of Cloud Architecture.
- Should have knowledge on Data Migration.
- Change Management
- Proficient in Groovy Scripting and
Object Customization.
Should be able to
build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.
- Integrations and Extension to PaaS
(Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling)
Experience in Fusion
CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
- Knowledge of other CX products like
Oracle CPQ is an advantage.
