Job Description

  1. Experience on SaaS applications – Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua). Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection or this role.
  2. Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.
  3. Should have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions to standard objects.
  4. Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST.
  5. Working knowledge in VBCS, ICS components is a must
  6. Knowledge of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage
  7.  Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
  8. Understanding of Cloud Architecture.
  9. Should have knowledge on Data Migration.
  10. Change Management
  11. Proficient in Groovy Scripting and Object Customization.
    Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.
  12. Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling)
    Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
  13. Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ is an advantage.
