You will be responsible for positioning  TechMahindra as a market leader, guiding the sales team, and actively contributing to the development of innovative solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

    1. Solution Development:
      • Lead the ideation, design, and development of cutting-edge IT solutions tailored specifically for the Construction industry.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of solutions aligns with industry standards and client requirements.
    2. Market Maker:
      • Identify market trends and opportunities within the construction sector, positioning TechMahindra as an industry leader.
      • Drive initiatives to penetrate new markets, fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations.
    3. Sales Team Training:
      • Educate and train the sales team on the technical aspects of our solutions, ensuring a deep understanding of product and services  offerings.
      • Provide ongoing support to the sales team through technical expertise and guidance during client engagements.
    4. Solutions & Service Offerings:
      • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our solutions and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.
      • Work closely with the service line team to enhance existing offerings and identify opportunities for new solutions.
    5. RFx Management:
      • Lead the response to RFx, ensuring accurate and compelling submissions.
      • Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information and present a cohesive response.
    6. Marketing Collateral:
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling collateral, including case studies, white papers, point of views and presentations, showcasing our expertise in the construction industry.
      • White Paper Writing: Author white papers on industry-specific topics, showcasing thought leadership and providing valuable insights to clients and the broader community.
      • POVs : Develop and present Proof of Value (POV) documents to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of our solutions in real-world construction  industry scenarios.
