To
develop competency and build service offerings, act as solution advisor and
expert within own area for both internal and customer teams. Evaluate, design
& recommend viable business solutions within the respective domain while
also analyzing feasibility of solutions from business & implementation
perspectives. Contribute in Green field projects and provide guidance to
customer and act as a lead solutions representative for the customers.
Develop architectures that can adapt to future changes in terms of business
processes, user requirements and predicted growth of business. Implement
solutions in a multi vendor/ product/ technology/ processes environment.
Participate in account mining (in existing accounts) & help sales team in
bringing new business. Contribute in the critical business proposal defense
as and when required. Analyse the existing security & application
processes, policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and leverage
industry standard frameworks whenever applicable. Create, review the security
procedures and provide management updates on security aspects. Review system
component High Level Design and ensure alignment to end to end (e2e) solution
architecture. Ensure competency building activities like building POCs etc.
Conduct sales workshops. Lead internal or external knowledge sharing sessions
and mentor teams in area of specialization/ application. Be a spokesperson
and act as member of customer and industry architectural councils. Review
artefacts being uploaded by team and ensure that they get re used. Review key
test scenarios and guide testing teams. |
