Practice Head position:

Mandatory ::: Expertise in Mainframe Modernization, Mainframe to cloud Migration and Mainframe System Administration (Mainframe System Program)

Location --- Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Yrs of experience – 20+ yrs

• Have experience of working in leadership/management positions for 5+ years, overall experience can be 20+ years
• Strong knowledge on Mainframe Technologies (15+ years though number is indicative only), preferably IBM side – COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC, RACF, JES etc. optional – Natural/Adabase, IDMS, Assembly, Ress, Easytreive etc.
• Good knowledge of mainframe systems and applications operations viz. IPL (Cold/Warm restart), Subsystem management, JES3, RACF, SYSLOG/Journals, system maintenance activities etc.
• Preferably good knowledge on newer technologies towards mainframe modernization AWS/Azure/GCP, Re-hosting/Re-platforming of mainframes, modernization using independent ISVs towards Dot net/Java or microservices architecture
• Ability to have CxO level conversations on mainframe hosting, management and modernization scenarios
• Ability to work with partners ecosystem with IBM and other vendors to create a holistic solution for customer needs
