supervision for risk and control advisory services to help protect
customers, assets, systems, and data.

Candidate Experience & Expectations
|
- Strong background
in IT Security, Risk and Compliance
- 15-20 years of IT
Security experience with 7-10 years in leadership roles with
increasing responsibilities across major programs in Cyber Security
- Mix of cyber,
technical delivery and business development
- Able to provide
advice and hands on help to clients during cyber solution / project
implementation
- Demonstrated
experience leading diverse, delivery management teams through
transformation and change
- Strong influencing
and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high
competition for resources
- Exceptional
leadership skills, with ability to develop and communicate portfolio
objectives, inspire and motivate team, maintain alignment with
business strategy
- Experience in
Project management office functions and/or leading Project
management teams as well as leading IT delivery teams
- Understanding of
current and emerging technologies and how organizations may apply
them to drive security business
- Strong
interpersonal skills and delegation amongst team or leads

Responsibilities
|
- Establish strong
client relationships in key responsible accounts to help progress
the Security Services portfolio by becoming trusted advisor for
customer
- Responsible for
effective CSAT and NPS score
- Oversee
contractual obligations, SLA, KPI for respective business unit / set
of customers
- Aligned with
security partners for niche product/solution POC
- Aligned with sales
leaders, resource management, and business teams for growth
- Participate and
accountable for project delivery, to varying degrees depending on
project complexity and geography needs
- Drive strategic
initiative with customer stakeholders on security domains, review
incident response planning
- Broader
understanding of cyber security threat landscape
- Oversee compliance
with the changing laws and applicable regulations
- Review and approve
the security solutions, effort estimations for upcoming deals and
resource requirements
- Lead delivery of
SOC / Security Command Center & Security Tools such as Network
Security, Endpoint security, VA, IAM and PAM; Make sure that cyber
security policies and procedures are communicated to all personnel
and that compliance is enforced
- Manage all teams
including employees, contractors and vendors involved in IT security
- Responsible for
hiring and skill enablement; and provide training/mentoring to
security team members
- Review and drive
organization risk management; review investigations after
breaches or incidents, including impact analysis and remediations
- Deliver new
security technology approaches and implement next generation
solutions for customers
- Communicate best
practices and risks to all stakeholders, both Security and
non-security
- Provide global
practice leadership by facilitating a community of likeminded
practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth
- Accountable for
customer referrals with excellent delivery
