1. Someone with around 20+ years of experience

2. One of the key KPI is to manage Hiring, work with RMG, interview panels and hire 100+ people every quarter for atleast next 6 8 quarters

3. Should have managed large teams of 50+ people in all aspects and dealt with

i. Hiring/firing

ii. People issues

iii. Delivery issues

iv. Shift issues

v. Cab issues

vi. Trainings

vii. Customer delight

viii. Employee delight

4. Should understand finance/profitability and make sure it is as per project need and commitment

5. Work with senior internal and client managements and ensure KPI¿s like hiring targets etc. are managed well

6. Should be able to own numbers of hiring, billable resources, targets.

7. Should have experience in generating periodic, relevant reports to management.

8. Should establish rapport with internal teams like Networking, assets, transport, HR, Incident management etc and get issues resolved quickly.
