Expertise in programming languages like Apex (Classes, Triggers, Test Classes) , SOQL development, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, as well as web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to build custom applications, integrations, and user interfaces within the Salesforce environment.

Hands on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.         Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements. Should be a Problem solving and critical thinkers, capable of analyzing complex business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Experience using GitHub or other version control software.

Well versed with deployment tools like Copado is desirable.

Well versed with Agile development methodology, SNOW.

Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,             Should have strong communication skills and should be able to effectively collaborate with technical and non technical team members and ensure that the solutions they develop align with the organization's goals and expectations.

Should be responsible for maintaining the quality and performance of the solutions they create. Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and ongoing support to address any issues that may arise.

Should be willing to up skill and stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Should take ownership and communicate in timely fashion to all the stake holders. Lead responsibilities: Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore) and handle team delivery. Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, and Salesforce best practices. Oversee code reviews Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers
