Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- "Company" refers to SJ DIGITECH, providing IT staffing
solutions.
- "Client" refers to organizations or individuals using our services.
- "Consultant" or "Augmented Staff" refers to IT professionals deployed under our
agreement.
- "Services" refer to IT staffing, consulting, and workforce augmentation.
2. Scope of Services
- We provide IT professionals on a contractual, temporary, or project basis.
- The Client must define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Consultants remain under our employment unless agreed otherwise.
3. Engagement & Responsibilities
- The Client shall provide a safe working environment.
- Consultants follow Client policies and professional standards.
- The Company ensures Consultant competency, while the Client oversees project execution.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary data.
- Neither party may disclose confidential pricing, business models, or agreements.
- All parties must comply with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data protection laws.
5. Intellectual Property
- Code or software developed during engagement belongs to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates remain Company property.
6. Liability & Indemnification
- The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use.
- The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against claims except in cases of negligence.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before
legal action.
- Governing law is based in [Jurisdiction: e.g., Hyderabad, India / New York,

8. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or
government actions.
9. Amendments & Modifications
